Hace tiempo que quería bloguear algo de mi viejo amigo ROBOCOP, fue el primer personaje con el que trabajé durante un tiempo largo y hasta la llegada de los trabajos con Ellis, la serie más exitosa de cuantas he dibujado. Pero no quería enseñar algo del Frank Miller’s Robocop, creo que está sobradamente visto tanto aquí cómo en América, de este modo comencé a hurgar en los archivos alguna qué tuviese algo curioso o especial para mostrar.
Aquí tenéis la ilustración que sirvió de portada a la ROBOCOP Killing Machine Special #1 Wraparound, serie escrita por el incombustible Steven Grant e ilustrada por Anderson Richardo (o Ricardo, lo he leído de ambas formas), en esta ocasión mía solo fueron las portadas, el color lo puso Greg Waller y se editó allá por agosto de 2004.
Y en el dibujo no encontrareis a Wally, pero sí que hay un auto-retrato, eso sí, bastante benevolente…_

Some time ago that wanted to put in my blog something of my old friend ROBOCOP, was the first personage with whom I worked during a long time and up to the arrival of the works with Ellis, the most successful series of all those I have drawn. But I did not want to show anything of the Frank Miller's Robocop, I believe that there is too seen so much here and in America, thus I began to poke in the files someone what had slightly curiously or specially to show.

In this my occasion I only worked in covers, the color is by Greg Waller, and was edited as far back as August, 2004.
And in the drawing you will not find Wally, but yes that there is an auto-portrait, yes, yes, too benevolent …
